CAN I CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?
Online orders can be canceled within the first 15 minutes of ordering. You may also return your product using our free returns option within 30 days of delivery. If you place an order during the holiday promotional period 10/25/23 through 1/10/24, your order is eligible for a 60-day return from the time of delivery. *Some restrictions apply.
*Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.*Hype products should be returned via the returns portal within the designated return window. The product page communicates the return window timeframe during the ordering process.
Steps to Cancel Your Online Order:
- Go to the order tracker and enter your order number and email address.
- Click “Cancel Order.” This option is only available for 15 minutes after placing your order.
- Select the item(s), reason, and click continue.
- Confirmed. It’s Canceled! We’re already processing your refund. Please note that this might take up to 14 days, depending on your bank. Credit cards will not be charged. You will see, depending on your bank, a pre-authorization charge followed by a reversal upon successful cancelation.
