EXCHANGING AN ITEM

Ordered the wrong size or color? You can exchange your item for free within 30 days after receiving your order.

Eligible online orders from October 24th, 2024 until January 13th, 2025 can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of receipt with our holiday extended return period.

HOW TO EXCHANE AN ITEM

Everything you return should be in good condition. Make sure you don’t cut off tags if there are any. Pack all items in their original packaging.

Start an exchange on our website or the app and follow the instructions. You’ll receive all the details you need before dropping off your package at the drop-off point.

Make sure to drop off your parcel within 10 days after letting us know you want to exchange the item. Exchange with the carrier that’s mentioned on your exchange label to avoid costs.

RESTRICTIONS

You can only exchange an item once. If it still isn’t to your liking, you can return the item and order something else.


Personalised items

Unique items, created specifically for you, cannot be exchanged. Is there a manufacturing defect? Please reach out to us.


Limited items

Limited items cannot be exchanged. If the item is not to your liking, consider returning it (within 14 days after receiving your order) and reordering it in a different size or color.
